Experienced in safety critical weld products, we offer multiple solutions for weldments, including:
  • GMAW for both steel and aluminum
  • Robotic for both resistance and GMAW
  • Spot and projection weld with multi-gun capabilities to improve process efficiency
We also offer a full service weld inspection lab to ensure that weld processes meet all customer requirements.

Highlands Diversified Services, Inc.’s facility has a 150,000-square foot area dedicated to warehousing and distribution. As a part of our packaging operations, we provide

  • Shrink-wrapping
  • Bagging
  • Boxing services
  • Bar coding
  • Labeling

Our capabilities include handling low and high volume shipping. Before shipping, we perform a 100 percent visual inspection to ensure the packaging meets the customer’s requirements and specifications.

To lower the risk of customer stored products our warehousing space is fitted with wet and dry sprinkler systems as well as other features to ensure on-time delivery. From our warehouse we can deliver stamped components to any location in the United States.

We offer tool management and maintenance to support our metal stamping operations. Our tool room is equipped with CNC machining facilities which are supported by skilled toolmakers and CAD/CAM software.

Michelle Hamm

General Manager​
Michelle began her career as an industrial engineer at American Greetings Corporation in 1993, gaining experience in process development and product distribution. She joined Highlands in 1995 as the Quality Manager, responsible for quality system implementation. Utilizing her engineering background, she was given the responsibilities for process engineering in 1998. In 2012, Michelle became the Director of Quality. Michelle attended the University of Kentucky where she earned her B.S. in Electrical Engineering, she also received professional engineering certification from the state of Kentucky.
